Upon completion of their studies, graduates of the Master’s Programme will be equipped with the following qualifications/skills, which also constitute the learning outcomes of the Programme:

The necessary (valid and multifaceted) body of knowledge relating to Political Analysis, enabling them to map and scientifically understand political phenomena with enhanced academic competence.

The essential tools and methods, drawn from diverse research traditions within political science and related disciplines (quantitative methods of analysis, qualitative social research, etc.), which render them capable of conducting independent and original research in political analysis [that is, the ability to produce innovative, autonomous, and original scholarly work].

A well-developed critical capacity that endows each graduate with the ability to act with academic integrity, creativity, and confidence in complex research and professional environments [that is, reflexivity and scientific integrity].

The practical resources and skills required to gather and assess complex information and evidence, systematically process and synthesise material from a variety of sources (conventional and electronic), pursue thorough scholarly inquiry, and develop well-structured and persuasive arguments in both written and spoken discourse (in Greek as well as in a foreign language) [that is, specialised skills capable of leading to broader syntheses for the redefinition of existing knowledge or professional practice].
